Introducing Botanical Soul

For the past many years, I’ve been in a bit of a gestation period with the work I was here to offer the world. Did I really only want to coach women around their relationship to food and body? Or should I teach people just how to garden? Maybe I should just see patients from a healthcare perspective with my herbalism background? Or should I be teaching and coaching about connection with spirit and leading a more spirit filled, mindful life?

Finally, I realized that as a 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 human who loved all these things and knew firsthand the interconnections among them all, maybe in fact what was needed was a 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 program that made those connections for other whole women in their own lives. Because at the source of all health and genuine connection is wholeness. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧, 𝙞𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙧, 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨; 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨, 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙, 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣,𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡.

So it is with sheer delight that on tonight’s full moon, I share with you a membership program, 𝘽𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡.

I wanted to build a space that felt cozy and warm, engaging and easy. Easy in that way it feels when you pull up a chair at your best girlfriend’s house and she hands you a mug of tea (or wine as the case may be!) and something in your being drops, easily, effortlessly, like sinking into a perfectly warm bubble bath.

𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙢, 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙣𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡- 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙪𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙙𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙝.

A space where women could come together to learn, to share, to grow, to stretch;

🍄To learn about the land, about growing food and medicinal plants, about making medicine and healing their bodies, or the bodies of the children or people they love. To learn the spiritual lessons that the land has to offer- because nature is our first and best teacher.

🦚To share the journey with other women. To share about their own musings, lightbulb moments, challenges, struggles and wins.

🐦To grow as a gardener, an herbalist, an at home medicine maker, a woman, a lover, a mother. Because tending nature is about so much more than just the mechanics, there is much personal and soul growth to be had in our relationship to the land.

🦑To stretch in not only our skill sets but also our connections, our realizations and our own ability to foster, tend, nurture and harvest- and to do those things in literal ways with the plants, and in metaphorical and energetic ways with our heart and soul.

𝘽𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡 will follow the seasons with a cornerstone program each new season that matches the rhythms of

nature-

❄️In winter: Embodied Vitality- reflection, recharge and rebuilding of spirit, body and wellness to harness the deep, quiet power that winter harkens to us to heed

🌱🍅In Spring & Summer: gardening and medicine making through the Well Fed Gardening program and the Growing Vitality Medicine making program

🍂In the fall, Harvesting the Goods, a program of harvesting and tending the mental, emotional and physical balance between growth + change of summer (yang) and flow and quiet of the fall and winter (yin)- because just as the external nature goes through these rhythms, so does your internal nature.

🔮🍯Along with the cornerstone programs, there will be monthly food and medicine recipes + instructional videos, personal exercises to deepen and connect with yourself and nature, live teaching, coaching and lessons from me on herbalism, baking, canning, gardening, health, spirit, land and whatever else the divine offers up to be shared.

While I’ve shared some of the logistics, truly, this is a program that is meant to 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 at a visceral level.

To feel the nurturing, the warmth, the camaraderie and care that is present. And through that, the healing, the joy, the deep reconnection that can flourish in your life and the lives around you. 💫💫

I hope you’ll join me. We begin December 15th. PM if you’re called to know more.
